This website presents the working Citadel Capital Partners brand for Citadel Capital (Pty) Ltd, a private company incorporated in South Africa under registration number 2016/144870/07. The registered office is No 52 Stone Terrace, Rhino Estate, Monavoni, Centurion, Gauteng, 0149.

Fund I is in formation. Every fund parameter is preliminary and subject to legal, tax, regulatory, governance and investor approval and definitive documentation. Citadel Capital (Pty) Ltd's FSCA Category II application is pending. The company does not represent itself on this website as authorised to provide regulated discretionary investment services.
