8. Availability and approval status
This web manual is available without charge. The board adopted it on 4 September 2026 as version 1.0, and it has been the manual in force since that date. It was amended on 6 September 2026 to name the mailbox as a request route, and on 7 September 2026 to label the adoption and amendment dates separately; the board approved each amendment on its date. The document-control panel shows the current version and its full revision history, and the version there is the one in force. No statement in this manual waives a lawful ground for refusal or expands access beyond PAIA. It is reviewed at least annually, and sooner if the records held or the responsible roles change.
