2. Conformance position

Tested, but not declared perfect. Automated and browser testing can identify many defects, but it cannot prove complete accessibility for every user, device or assistive technology.

Conformance has been assessed by automated and browser-based testing carried out by Citadel, including reflow and touch-target measurement at common handset widths. No independent accessibility audit has been commissioned, and no formal conformance claim is made until one has been.

3. Reporting a defect

Material accessibility defects may be reported to info@citadelcapitalpartners.co.za, by telephone on the number published on the engagement page, through an approved Citadel relationship channel, or in writing to the registered office.
